Your adoption donation helps to cover the ever-rising costs of the medical care our animals receive, as well as the day-to-day care that we provide while they are in our shelter.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR ADOPTION DONATION?
All of our dogs & cats receive at least:  

* First vaccination
* Rabies vaccination if 3 months or older
* Spay or neuter surgery
* Microchip for permanent identification
* Deworming
* Flea/ear mite exam & treatment (if needed)
* Free exam with a participating veterinarian
* Free starter bag of Science Diet food

We also offer Heartworm/Lyme/Ehrlichia testing for dogs & Leukemia/AIDS/Heartworm testing for cats for $30.

BIRDS
* Cockatiels $50

The above adoption fees do not include a cage. Quite often we have cages available for an additional fee.

All of our ferrets are spayed or neutered, descented & vaccinated for distemper & rabies. All of our rabbits are spayed or neutered.

Our shelter does not accept personal checks. We do accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover, as well as cash.
